Online Industry Event

When: Wednesday 21 April 2021

Breda University of Applied Sciences is organizing the online Industry event "Get Connected" on Wednesday 21 April. This online event offers you the opportunity to meet our second-year students from the Media - Creative Business course, who are looking for a work placement for the next academic year.

The event will take place completely digitally and approaches the physical experience as much as possible.

Full programme:

14.30 – 14.40: Opening
The event starts with a joint opening in which both students and companies are enthused to network. We will show you around on the Discord page.

14.45 – 16.15: Networking
In your virtual company booth, the students can talk to you about the offered internship. The contact will be via chat or video call, all in our Discord page. You will receive log-in and more information about the several channels 1 week before the event.

14.45 – 16.15: Presentations
Parallel to the networking, several companies can do a 15/20-minute presentation on the virtual mainstage.

16.30: End of the event
End of the event with drinks in the online Grand Café.

Participate in this event?

Participation is free of charge for you. The event will be in English, however the 1-1 interviews can be done in Dutch. You need to offer at least 1 work placement position. For which we kindly ask you to send these to us in advance so we can share these ahead of the event. 
You will need to use a computer/laptop connected to the internet (preferably via a UTP cable), with a good camera and microphone.
We recommend that you have two staff members available during the event, to network with students and answer online questions. 
 
With the information you enter in the registration form below, we will set up your virtual booth.
