Within the Business & Production track, you learn how to bring games to market successfully and help them grow. You prepare for roles such as producer or marketing and community manager, as well as setting up your own games studio as an entrepreneur.
You focus on the business side of the games industry: analysing global player markets, building strong business models for a studio, and leading marketing campaigns and production teams. You also learn how to build and maintain active player communities.
