What does a job in Business & Production involve?
Within the Business & Production track, you learn how to bring games to market successfully and help them grow. You prepare for roles such as producer or marketing and community manager, as well as setting up your own games studio as an entrepreneur.
You focus on the business side of the games industry: analysing global player markets, building strong business models for a studio, and leading marketing campaigns and production teams. You also learn how to build and maintain active player communities.

From student to producer at Bohemia Interactive
Martin Bazlekov graduated in 2025. In his third year, he was the only producer of a team that grew to around forty people. He now works as a producer at Bohemia Interactive, leading two teams on Arma 4.
Genna started his company during his studies
Genna Khudilaynen started his own studio, Monkey Strike Games, in his second year. He now works as creative director on two of his own games.

A master's after Business & Production
After obtaining your bachelor's degree in CMGT Business & Production, you have the option of pursuing a master's degree at BUas or another university of applied sciences to further specialise.
