Tourism in Balance

Tourism in Balance aims to promote tourism distribution through local policies, mitigating harm, and enhancing positive impacts, fostering sustainable tourism development.

This Interreg Europe project is a collaborative effort between the cities and regions of Amsterdam, Krakow, Tallinn, Andalucia/Sevilla, Rome, and Brasov, with support and guidance from Breda University of Applied Sciences, as lead partner.

TIB's anticipated influence on these areas' tourism sectors will serve as a model for similar destinations, guiding the formulation of improved policies for tourism distribution. By focusing on sustainable and balanced tourism, the project can help to ensure that tourism is a force for good, benefiting both visitors and local communities alike.
