They form a community

By the end of the first week, I know all 30 students by name, and by the end of the first month, they form a community. Students feel comfortable and safe enough to challenge me. They don’t expect me to know everything, and instead force me to learn something new every day. When I walk around campus, I enjoy hearing the laughter in combination with the vibe of all these brains working hard to learn new things.
