Master Supply Chain Management
We recommend completing Application steps 1 and 2 by 1 July. While the final deadline is 15 August, applications submitted after 1 July will only be reviewed after 15 August due to the summer holidays.
Please note the following deadlines for completing Application Steps 1 and 2:
- EU/EEA students: 15 August
- Non-EU students: 1 June
There is a maximum of 40 students that can be admitted.
Application steps
- Step 1: Enrolment application via Studielink
Start your application by submitting your enrolment application through Studielink, the official Dutch portal for higher education.
- Step 2: Apply via My Online Application
After submitting your Studielink application, you will receive an email with instructions to continue your application in My online application. Here, you will need to provide additional details (e.g. about your English proficiency) and upload the following documents:
- Your CV (resume)
- A motivation letter
- A copy of your passport or ID
- Your Bachelor’s diploma and transcript of records (or a recent transcript if you have not graduated yet)
- An official translation of your documents (if not in English, Dutch, French, or German)

- Step 3: Interview
Once the admissions officer has checked and (conditionally) approved the educational and English language requirements, you will receive an invitation for an intake interview with the programme coordinator.
The intake interview is used to determine if you meet the relevant criteria, the subjects below will be dealt with during the intake interview. The final decision is based upon the performance during the interview where the following elements are scored:
- Personal affinity with supply chain management
- Professional experience (internships, jobs)
- Motivation and competences with the characteristics and demands of the master's programmes
- Educational career (e.g. participation in talent and/or honours programmes, international exchange programmes, additional certificates, .....)
- Weighted average score of the post-propaedeutic phase of your bachelor
- Estimation of prior study programme on Management Accounting & Finance
- Estimation of prior study programme on Mathematics, Statistics and Operations Research
Within three weeks, you will be informed about whether you have been admitted to the programme, you have been placed on the waiting list or you have been rejected. BUas will create a waiting list once the maximum available placements is reached. If places fall free, whatever the reason, candidates on the waiting list will be allowed into the master in chronological order. If the student is allowed into the programme, the applicant will receive an official admission e-mail.
- Step 4: Complete your enrolment; payment of tuition fee
To complete your enrolment, confirm your digital payment authorisation or pay your tuition fee. More information about payment of tuition fee.
