The Friends of BUas Fund supports students in special circumstances that fall outside the scope of regular financial provisions. From acute financial need to talent development – we help wherever possible.

Are you a student in a difficult situation? The first step is to contact your student counsellor. They can help you assess whether the Friends of BUas Fund can help you and guide you through the application process.
Step-by-step plan for students
- Contact your student counsellor – Discuss your situation
- Submit your application – The student counsellor will help you with the form
- Assessment – The assessment committee will make its decision within six weeks
- Decision – The Friends of BUas Fund board makes its decision on a monthly basis
- Support – In the form of a gift, loan or reimbursement in kind

The Friends of BUas Fund relies entirely on donations, sponsorship and fundraising. Would you like to contribute to the future of our students?
The Friends of BUas Fund board provides annual accountability for income, expenditure and support provided. All major donations are vetted for their source and purpose.
Private donation
Even small contributions make a difference. Every euro goes directly to students who need it most.
Business partnership
Companies and organisations can become long-term partners or sponsor specific projects.
