You have registered for the real-life Open Evening of Thursday 7 April. This page contains important information about this day.
Your proof of registration
You have registered for one or more degree programmes. A number of things are important for smooth visitor flows:
- Come to the building of the degree programme you are interested in. As soon as you have arrived at our campus, our route signs will show you the way:
Horizon: Facility, Hotel, Tourism
Ocean: Leisure
Frontier: Built Environment - Logistics - Games - Media - Data Science & AI and Master's programmes - Make sure you have the QR code you received from us after registration ready to hand. It will be scanned at the entrance, and you will receive a lanyard with all the information you need;
- Have you registered for more than one programme? If so, you will receive new information at the entrance of the building concerned.
Good to know
- During the Open Evening you can get a taste of the atmosphere, attend presentations, ask lecturers and students all your questions, and much more. When you registered, you read that you had to register to attend a presentation. Without registration, it will be impossible to attend a presentation.
- Within higher education, Corona rules are no longer in effect. We evidently still apply the necessary hygiene measures.
Are you coming by car?
Are you coming by car? Please use the free parking spaces and the free shuttle bus:
- Wilhelminasingel 33, Breda (Curio)
A few minutes’ walk from the campus. - Lovensdijkstraat 61-63, Breda (Avans Hogeschool)
From 17.30 hrs onwards, a bus will drive to BUas every 10 minutes

Are you coming by public transport?
From NS railway station Breda (platform U), buses 5 and 7 (both in the direction of Heusdenhout) will drive to the campus every 15 minutes. Bus stop: Sint Ignatiusstraat.
Bus 5 will depart from this stop every half hour, at 7 minutes past the hour and 7 minutes past the half hour, returning to NS railway station Breda.
