Queen Máxima meets young entrepreneurial talent at BUas

On Wednesday evening, 8 October, Her Majesty Queen Máxima will attend the King Willem I Prize networking event, which will take place in the chapel of Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas). In keeping with tradition, the King Willem I Foundation is organising the evening together with the winners of the previous edition of the entrepreneurial awards, which are presented every other year.

  • About BUas

The networking event will focus on entrepreneurship and young talent. The evening will be hosted by our students, who will be responsible for catering and service, among other things. The event will be attended by BUas Vice President Ingrid Timmermans and the CEOs of the three winning companies from the last edition. In a roundtable discussion, the winners of the King Willem I Prize 2024, Royal Cosun, Lagemaat Sloopwerken and Fairphone, together with young talents, will share their vision of innovation and the future of entrepreneurship in the Netherlands.
