A Year of Building Foundations
Since receiving funding confirmation in January 2024, the 11 partner institutions comprising KreativEU have established the governance structures, strategic frameworks, and collaborative foundations that will guide the Alliance through its four-year pilot phase. The consortium brings together higher education institutions from across Europe—Portugal, Bulgaria, Czechia, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, and Turkey—united by a shared commitment to excellence in cultural heritage education, creativity, and innovation.
Introducing KreativEU Radio
Tuesday's event will see the debut of KreativEU Radio. The radio station will broadcast daily programming. KreativEU Radio represents a significant step in the consortium's commitment to open science and accessible knowledge dissemination, providing students, staff, researchers, and stakeholders with regular access to Alliance activities, research developments, and cultural heritage programming.
Looking Ahead
As the Alliance enters its operational first year under the 2025-2028 grant period, this celebration event marks the transition from planning to implementation. The consortium's work across its multiple work packages — from joint degree programmes and mobility opportunities to research collaboration and the Art and Heritage Incubator — is now underway.
The celebration livestream will be accessible to all partners, students, staff, and interested stakeholders, reflecting KreativEU's commitment to inclusive and transparent communication.
