- About BUas
Breda is my anchor
"The city has played an enormous role in my creative development," says Robbert van de Corput. Becoming an honorary citizen of Breda was "one of the most emotional moments in my career." The DJ sees Breda as the perfect place for young talent: "There are many initiatives that encourage young talent. Those kind of accessible opportunities are so important."
Core advice for event managers
Hardwell emphasises three crucial skills: flexibility, digital skills and networking. "The events industry is small and revolves around trust. Show that you have passion for what you do." He also sees positive developments: "Organisers are much more conscious about sustainability and inclusivity. That makes events stronger as a community."
BUas connection
