Research for real-life challenges
Lecturers, researchers and students conduct applied research for business, government and society. All research is connected to our BUas-wide research programme (learn more on our research page). Together, we interweave education, research and industry even further.
Lecturers teach in relation to the research we do and researchers do research in relation to our education. All of this is connected to the questions and needs of our industry partners and the developments within our BUas domains.
As a researcher or professor, you work on research that can be brought back to education. In this process, you can seek assistance from, for instance, colleagues, teaching assistants, and the Community for Teaching and Learning (CTL). Do you want to:
- Work at the intersection of research, education and practice?
- Conduct research on a relevant topic within one of our research programmes?
- Work with innovative techniques and facilities such as research labs, Cradle, Experience Lab, motion capturing studio, photogrammetry studio, taste lab, XR (Extended Reality) Lab or XR Stage?
- Collaborate through national and international Centres of Expertise?
