 ## Pre-master Leisure and Tourism Studies

 

If you want to apply for this programme, you should have a **professional bachelor’s degree**, preferably a Bachelor of Business Administration, for example, in the field of tourism management, leisure management, hotel management, economics, commerce, general management, or finance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

## English language requirements

You will also be required to demonstrate **sufficient results on one of these tests**:

- **Cambridge English Qualification:** B2 First, C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency). Minimum score of 180 (overall), 169 (speaking)
- **IELTS Academic:** Minimum score of 6.5 (overall), 6.0 (speaking)
- **TOEFL iBT:** iBT Minimum score of 90 (overall), 20 (speaking)
- **Pearson PTE Academic:** Minimum score of 65 (overall), 61 (speaking)
- **LanguageCert Academic**: Minimum score of 70 (overall), 65 (speaking)

**Please note:** All tests must be taken at an official test centre.

Exemptions from taking the English testYou do not need to submit an English test if:

- You graduated from Dutch havo or vwo
- You hold an International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma, Career-related Programme Certificate of the IB, US High School diploma, GCE A(S) levels, or European Baccalaureate certificate (English Language 1 or 2)
- Your previous education (completed secondary school or university) was taught in English in a native English-speaking country (Australia, Canada \[except Quebec\], Ireland, New Zealand, UK, USA)
