## What does a job in Business & Production involve?

Within the Business & Production track, you learn how to bring games to market successfully and help them grow. You prepare for roles such as producer or marketing and community manager, as well as setting up your own games studio as an entrepreneur.

You focus on the business side of the games industry: analysing global player markets, building strong business models for a studio, and leading marketing campaigns and production teams. You also learn how to build and maintain active player communities.

 

 

 

 ## Which jobs does Business & Production prepare you for?

 

 

### Producer

Facilitates the team in game development, optimising the process, creating plans, and assisting with SCRUM and budgeting.

 

 

 

### Marketing manager

Develops and runs marketing campaigns, positions games in international markets and ensures a game reaches the right audience.

 

 

 

### Community manager

Builds and maintains active player communities, manages communication with players and responds to community feedback.

 

 

 

### Business developer

Analyses market opportunities, develops business models for a games studio and works out publishing and growth strategies.

 

 

 

### Startup entrepreneur

Sets up and runs their own games studio, creates an investor-ready business plan and combines creative vision with entrepreneurship.
